12 months ago these words would have made a room say a collective “What? Please explain?”
But with the rise of Artificial Intelligence over recent times it’s becoming more part of today’s vocabulary.
As an event organiser we need to ask ourselves, how can we use these new emerging technologies to help us in our roles?

To help you navigate this, we’ve listed 5 examples of how we can use AI to do just that!
1. Use chatbots to save time
Instead of having a dedicated staff member monitoring live discussion boards, AI-powered chatbots can efficiently handle these attendee questions and provide accurate recommendations based on their specific needs. This automation allows staff members to focus on more critical tasks for e.g organising live polls and promptly addressing any technical difficulties that may arise.
