VIP Dinner with Lennox Hastie and Clayton Wells

40 guests, 5 sumptuous courses and 2 of Sydney’s best chefs in a one-night-only collaboration on a Chippendale rooftop terrace, designed and produced by L&T Events.

Guests were treated to a culinary experience, curated by Good Food Guides Chef of the year, Lennox Hastie of Firedoor (two-hatted) and Clayton Wells of Automata (two-hatted).

The two chefs cooked an exquisite 5 course dinner for our guests, featuring Yellowfin Tuna, Smoked Burrata in a Jamon Broth, Grilled Tasmanian Octopus, Vine Roasted Wagyu and ended with a Wood Fired Rum Baba flambéed in front of each guest. A menu so good, we’re still dreaming of it.
